I recently stayed at Center Hotel Narita for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a quick two-minute walk from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the comfortable bed and high-speed internet were great amenities. Additionally, the included breakfast was delicious, offering a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine. The shuttle service to the airport was also very convenient. I was truly moved by the genuine service and enjoyed my stay at Center Hotel Narita.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

It was one of the nicest places I stayed in Japan.. The breakfast was good, the staff friendly, and the room was comfortable and very clean.
Slightly difficult to get to from the railway station with large bags.. but nothing too hard.

Excellent Service from the Front Clerk
I recently stayed at Center Hotel Narita 1 and had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from one of their front clerks. When I encountered an issue with confirming my return flights, the clerk went above and beyond to help me. They searched online and in information booklets but couldn't find the right number. Determined to assist, they even made a call using their personal cell phone. Thanks to their effort, my reservations were successfully confirmed, providing me with a sense of relief. I seldom leave comments, but the outstanding service I received compelled me to express my gratitude. Thank you so much!

The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to access and explore the surrounding areas. Guests can easily visit the Naritasan temple complex, which is currently undergoing renovation, and immerse themselves in the rich Japanese culture. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. the friendly and helpful staff, who spoke adequate English, ensured a pleasant experience. the breakfast offered a variety of traditional Japanese options, as well as a western alternative, satisfying different tastes and preferences. Guests can also enjoy the high-speed internet included in their stay.
The hotel has a slight issue with the smell of smoke, as some of the rooms are smoking rooms.

Conveniently located near transportation hubs, the hotel offers a clean and friendly environment to stay in. The staff is welcoming and helpful, offering great advice on things to do and see around town. The breakfast was decent with varying options for different tastebuds.
The hotel could use some renovations as some of the amenities and furniture seemed outdated. The rooms were not spacious and some of the carpets were in need of a good cleaning.
